Visit the concerned clinic for sample collection

Only the sample collection is done by Aster. Processing and reporting are managed by HMC and the same takes about 48 hours or more. Once the processing is done, SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number from HMC and it takes about a day’s time for Aster to receive the hardcopy of your report. Kindly visit the concerned facility to collect the hardcopy of your reports

As per the protocol from the HMC, softcopy will not be considered as a document, kindly collect the hardcopy from the concerned clinic
